The university utilizes the total return concept of management, with a Chief Investment Officer and investment committee of the TCU Board of Trustees providing oversight. More than 25 professional investment management organizations manage portions of the aggregate portfolio.
The university has five bond issues outstanding. The bonds are rated Aa3 by Moody’s.
