
Refunds for non-Title IV credit balances on enrolled student accounts are made only upon written request. Requests must be received by the Student Financial Services Office by noon on Tuesdays, in order to have the check available on Friday. Students can request a refund by sending an email to Student Financial Services or by filling out a request form in the office. Refund checks can be picked up in the office (Sadler Hall Room 2011) after 1 PM on Friday, or the check can be mailed, if an address is provided. The Student Financial Services Office is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4 PM.
Cash Refunds are available for up to $100.
No refunds will be made during the first five days of each semester.
Credit balances resulting from Title IV funds will be refunded in accordance with federal regulations.
Credits must first be refunded to a Credit Card if payment(s) was made with a credit card during the previous 6 months.
