Richard Hoban, better known as Dick, began his service at Texas Christian University in 1981 in the Controller’s Office as a specialist in financial data systems. He has since served in a variety of positions in the area of financial administration, including Chief Accountant, Assistant Controller and Director of Financial Services. He is currently the Assistant Treasurer, with responsibilities in the areas of banking, finance and investment accounting. Dick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from North Texas State University, now the University of North Texas. He and his wife, Kristi, the Associate Vice Chancellor for Alumni Relations at TCU, have two children, Sarah, a 2004 TCU graduate, and Jeffrey, in school at Trinity Valley.
