Managing Suppliers

All suppliers who do business with TCU must be registered through TCU’s Supplier Portal. The Supplier Portal allows suppliers to register, update and continuously maintain their information.

Jaggaer Users should complete a Request New Supplier Form in Jaggaer to begin the supplier registration process. Once the request form is approved, an email will be sent to the supplier, asking them to complete their own registration.

Departments should inform the supplier that they will be receiving an email invitation. This will help facilitate the Supplier's application process, and avoid unnecessary delays. Below is a form letter template that can be utilized by departments to send a notification to suppliers about TCU's registration process in Jaggaer.
